Edna Marie Pearson's Obituary
Edna Marie Pearson was born to the late Robert and Edna Harris, a welder and homemaker in Falmouth, Michigan on Valentines Day 1941. She had many avenues in her career from bartender to Postal worker to medical transcription which she loved. Marie supervised medical transcription at the Air Force Academy Hospital finalizing her career teacher medical transcription at Colorado Tech in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Marie loved any type of puzzle, word games, playing cards and dominoes.
Marie was blessed with two beautiful daughters, two grandsons, one granddaughter, two great granddaughters, and two great grandsons. She married Richard on 30 July 1967 in Oscoda, Michigan by the Justice of the Peace and later that year in Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Oscoda.
Marie is survived by her husband Richard, her brother: Robert Dean Harris (Della), her daughters: Janice Bufmack, Ronda Cooper (Byron), grandchildren: Joshua (Stacy) and Aaron Bufmack (Amanda), great grandchildren: Elijah Bailey, Braelyn, David, and Kinsley Bufmack. She was preceded in death by her brothers: Edgar and James Harris, granddaughter Sarah Marie Pearson and her parents.
A Funeral Mass will be 10:00am, Saturday, May 8, 2021 at Prince of Peace Catholic Church. Burial will be in the Clinton Lawn Cemetery. The Snell-Zornig Funeral Homes & Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
