Dorothy Kieller, 92, of Clinton, passed away, Wednesday morning, September 23, 2015 at the Alverno. A Funeral Mass will be 9:30am Friday, September 25, 2015 at Prince of Peace Catholic Church. Burial will be in the Rock Island Na Read Obituary
Mrs. Kieller was a strong, loving, kind and beautiful woman/mother inside and out. Mrs. Kieller never wanted you leave her house hungry, so she made tons of good food whenever I was over for dinner or spending the night.

Mom was one of a kind! A very strong women and had deep faith. Mom knew Jesus and was full of passion and love for family and friends! It was a wonderful send off and I our thanks to Ryan and Snell/Zornig for the fabulous care during all of this. It was a joy to see family and friends come out to remember Mom. Thank you everyone and God Bless!!!
Dorothy was truly "one of a kind". She was fun, interesting, and a good euchre player who was not afraid to speak her mind (which she did quite often)! Her cookies were the BEST. She was a pleasure to know.

Dorothy was my CHOSEN Grandma. I will always cherish the times we shared whether it was just sitting & talking, taking her grocery shopping, taking her to her doctor appointments or just grabbing a bite to eat. After losing the last of my parents in 2008, Dorothy was the closest thing I had to a parent. I love her & miss her deeply and always will forever.
