Doris E. Michaelsen 91, of Clinton passed away Sunday, June 3, 2018, at Mercy Medical Center – North Campus, Clinton. Funeral services will be at 10:30 am, Monday, June 11, 2018, at Zion Lutheran Church, Clinton. Burial will be in Read Obituary
So very sorry for your loss. She was an amazing lady full of knowledge and grace and a perfect neighbor for so many years!
Our deepest sympathy to the entire Michaelsen family. We had the privilege of meeting Doris at the Alverno, where our mom, Madonna Gibson resided the past couple of years. They shared the same dining table which is how we came to know Doris. What an amazing story teller she was and ALWAYS had that beautiful smile and kind words. We know the heartache of saying “see you later” to your beloved mother. But I’m sure that Doris and our mom are sharing stories in Heaven! What a time they are having! 😇 God bless and comfort you all in the coming days until we see them again. When we all get to Heaven what a day of rejoicing that will be! You’re in our thoughts and prayers.
