Donna Stevens' Obituary
Donna L. Stevens, 68, of Camanche, died Sunday, March 16, 2008 at Mercy Medical Center, North Campus, Clinton.
Funeral Services will be 10:00am, Friday, March 21, 2008 at the Camanche Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Home and Crematory with Rev. Tom Loyola officiating. Burial will be in the Clinton Lawn Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be Ryan Stevens, Lucas Stevens, James Stevens, Evan Stevens, Ethan Stevens, and Alex Stevens. Serving as honorary pallbearers will be Jason Trawick, Robert Myers, and Matt Nivens. Visitation will be Thursday from 4:00-8:00pm at the funeral home.
Donna Louise Schuttlefield was born on March 20, 1939 in Wapello County, Iowa the daughter of Willis and Hazel (Hicks) Schuttlefield. She married Larry Stevens on May 29, 1956 in Fairfield, Iowa; he later died June 14, 2003.
Donna was a homemaker. She graduated from Hedrick High School in Hedrick, Iowa. She was a member of the Evangelical Free Church and also volunteered for the Discover Shop in Davenport, Mercy Auxiliary and the Women's Resource Center.
Donna is survived by six sons: Dan (Florence) Stevens of Camanche, Mark (Michelle) Stevens of Camanche, Scott (Pamela) Stevens of Egypt, Chris (Carol) Stevens of Camanche, Doug Stevens of Camanche, and David Stevens of Camanche; 16 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren; one brother: Dean (Sandra) Schuttlefield of Eureka Springs, Arkansas
Donna is preceded in death by her parents and her husband.
