Don played golf with Hank Dihlmann and my father Maurie Holdgrafer for many years. Very wonderful man.
I was Don’s secretary at Nielsen’s. He was everything you would want in a boss…supportive, decisive, considerate, patient…well, I could go on and on. I’ll never forget on my first day with him he said if there was anything bothering me I could come to him and if there was anything he does that I didn’t like to let him know, except if it was smoking Lol! When we were both let go due to downsizing he called me that afternoon assuring me that he would recommend me and help me find another position.
