Diane Jane Sidell was born August 16, 1963 in Pekin, Illinois, the daughter of George and Verly (Fuller) Sidell. She is survived by her husband Robert Fredericks of Clinton, mother: Beverly Sidell of Pekin, Illinois and brother Russell Sidell of Chillicothe, Illinois. She was preceded in death by her father and sister Kimberly.
