We are so sorry to hear of Mrs. Tate's passing. She was my 6th grade teacher at Irving, and was a favorite of mine. She was always kind and caring about all her students, even as we grew to adults she cared about us. She was an amazing women!

Mrs. Tate was my 6th grade teacher. She was a caring, wonderful, nurturing woman. I remember how she always looked so pretty in her dresses and how she always nudged precocious, smart little me. I was so happy to reconnect with her on social media and reading her kind, supportive words. Tears that she's gone from this life, but I'm celebrating the reunification with her one and only love, your Dad. May she Rest in Peace.
Very sorry for your loss, I remember your mother and also remember my parents speaking very fondly of her. Teachers always knew who the good teachers were and your mom was one of the best.
