Debra S. Petersen, 67, of Clinton passed away Friday, January 3, 2020 at MercyOne – Clinton.
Memorial Services will be 10:00 am, Saturday, January 11, 2020 at the Clinton Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Homes and Crematory. Burial will be in the Clinton Lawn Cemetery. Online condolences may be expressed by visiting her obituary at www.snellzornig.com.
Debra Sue Petersen was born October 16, 1952 in Clinton, Iowa, the daughter of John P. and Florence L. (Schrader) Petersen. She was a 1971 graduate of Clinton High School and attended the University of Iowa. She worked as a computer programmer for over 20 years.
Debra was an active member of Zion Lutheran Church; she enjoyed theatre and was active in community theatre.
She is survived by her brother Milton Petersen of Houston, Texas and many cousins and friends.
Debra was preceded in death by her parents.
