David Charles Seeser's Obituary
David C. Seeser, 75, of Clinton passed away, Monday, October 9, 2017 at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics – Iowa City, Iowa.
Family and Friends are invited to come to a luncheon to celebrate Dave’s life at 1:00 pm, Saturday, October 14, 2017 at the Eagles Club – Clinton. The Clinton Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Homes and Crematory is honored to serve the Seeser family .
David Charles Seeser was born April 18, 1942 in Clinton, Iowa, the son of Emil and Ethel (Hansen) Seeser. He was a 1960 graduate of Clinton High School and served in the United States Marine Corps from 1960 to 1964. He married Mary Mussmann on October 22, 1966. He worked for DuPont for 35 years.
Dave is survived by his wife Mary Seeser of Clinton; two daughters: Tania (Dan Doty) Seeser of Clinton and Sandra Jo (James Tieso) Seeser of Clinton; two sisters: Grace (Vernon) Galant of Clinton and Kathy (David) Burken of Clinton; two brother-in-laws: Bill Simpson of Lakeland, Florida and Mert Shepler of Bryant, Iowa; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters and one brother.
