David Keeney's Obituary
David J. Keeney, 49, of Fulton, passed away, Monday, August 14, 2017 at his home – Fulton.
Memorial Services will be 5:00 pm Monday at the Gateway Baptist Church – Clinton. The Clinton Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Homes and Crematory is assisting the family with the cremation.
David James Keeney was born June 14, 1968 in Clinton, Iowa, the son of James and Mary Lou Keeney. He was a Clinton High School graduate. He married Mary Wenzel on June 19, 2010 in Fulton, Illinois.
David worked as an operator at ADM for 23 years and most recently worked for the Clinton Biodiesel plant. He enjoyed fishing, watching the Chicago Cubs and Chicago Bears, riding his Harley Davidson and collecting knives. Mostly he enjoyed time spent with family and friends.
He will be dearly missed by his wife Mary of Fulton, one daughter: Krystal (Josh) Nohai of Morrison, Illinois, granddaughter: Emma; dogs: Belle and Mugz; sister: Mary Ellen Kiggins of Clinton and Mary’s parents: Bill and Joyce Wenzel of Gooselake, Iowa.
Dave was preceded in death by his parents.
The family request memorial be made to his granddaughter Emma.
