Daniel L. French's Obituary
Daniel “Dan” French, 70, of Camanche passed away peacefully surrounded by family at The Vistas in Bettendorf, IA.
Dan will be remembered for being a wonderful dad, grandpa, and friend. He had a love and passion for teaching and coaching and was successful in both at various levels. Dan made a lasting impact on the lives of every student and athlete. He also enjoyed spending time with family, going fishing, being retired, camping, and watching baseball.
Dan is survived by his two children: Kelsie (Tevin) Stoecker of Camanche and Matthew French of Clinton; one grandchild, Wrenley; Dan’s siblings: Bill (Dianne) French of Montana and Diane (Brent) Fangmeyer of Omaha, Nebraska; along with several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents Dorothy and Walter French
Dan has requested that there be no services and no cards sent to the family.
