Connie J. Heath, 68, of Clinton, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at home on Saturday, June 17, 2017.

Connie Joan Buckman was born on February 15, 1949 in Clinton, the daughter of Royce and Jeannette (Rathje) Buckman. She was a 1967 graduate of Clinton High School. She married Dennis Heath on March 24, 1968 in Clinton.
Connie was employed at Ralston for over 18 years retiring in 2004. She was active with the Clinton Police Academy Alumni, CERT (Community Emergency Response Teams), Therapy Dogs, Inc., and the Emergency Canine Operations Search and Rescue.
Connie is survived by her husband: Dennis of Clinton; three children: Jane Heath of Clinto, Tully Heath of Algona, Iowa, and Ben (Kazumi) Heath of Front Royal, Virginia; four grandchildren, and her mother: Jeannette Kennedy of Clinton. She was preceded in death by her father.
Memorials can be made to the Clinton Humane Society.
