Clayton Brown's Obituary
Clayton L. Brown, 75, of Clinton, passed away, Friday March 6, 2015 at his home.
Funeral Services will be 2:00pm Wednesday, March 11, 2015 at the Clinton Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Homes & Crematory. Burial will be in Clinton Lawn Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday from 11:00am to the service time at the funeral home.
Clayton Loras Brown was born on November 1, 1939 in Delmar, Iowa, the son of Herbert and Charlotte (Wild) Brown. He was a graduate of Clinton High School. He married Elizabeth Broadrick on April 1, 1961; she died November 2008.
Clayton worked at Clinton Corn/ADM for many years.
Clayton is survived by two sons: Brent Brown of Clinton, and Brian (Annie) Brown of Fulton; five grandchildren; three sisters: Vivian Rupp of Monticello, Iowa, Mary (Bob) Clark of Dubuque, Joanne (Jerry) Clark of Maquoketa, and two brothers: Jim (Judy) Brown of Delmar, and Fred (Tomi) Nielsen of Clinton.
Clayton was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, and his daughter: Dawn Marie, and one brother.
