Claudia L. Kemp, 81, of Camanche passed away, Thursday, April 13, 2023 at her home.
Private Family Graveside Services will be Tuesday, April 18, 2023 at Pine Grove Cemetery. The Snell-Zornig Funeral Homes & Crematory is assisting the family.
Claudia Lynn Lee was born on May 4, 1941 in Clinton, Iowa, the daughter of Claude and Phyllis (Flack) Lee. She was a 1959 graduate of Clinton High School. She married Elmer Kemp on June 4, 1960 in Clinton; he passed away on August 7, 2000.
Claudia was a histologist at Jane Lamb/Mercy Hospital for 29 years retiring in 2005.
Claudia loved her animals and enjoyed ceramics.
Claudia is survived by her children: Randy Kemp of Clinton, and Tracey Ridgeway of Camanche; and one granddaughter: Courtney (Jacob) Lujan of Oklahoma.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.
Memorials can be made to the National Wildlife Federation.
