Christopher M. Davis, 25, of Cedar Falls, formerly of Clinton, died Thursday, August 2, 2018 at his home in Cedar Falls.

Christopher Michael Davis was born on August 7, 1992 in Clinton, Iowa, the son of Calvin “Pete and Connie (Kock) Davis. He was a 2010 graduate of Clinton High School.
Chris was currently working at the Target Distribution Center in Cedar Falls. He was a die-hard Chicago Cubs fan, enjoyed hunting and fishing, and hanging out with his friends.
Christopher, Chris, Crit, Critter, Chams, or Scooter Crunch, whatever name or nickname he was known by to whom was speaking, could light up the room with his smile. Christopher had a kind heart, quick wit, and a youthful exuberance that left quite an impression on all he met. A bright light extinguished all too soon, Christopher Michael Davis will be sadly missed by his many friends and family members.
Chris is survived by his father: Pete Davis of Clinton; his brother: Ryne Davis of Cedar Falls, Iowa; his maternal grandmother: Ingeborg Kock of Clinton; his paternal grandmother: Marcella Davis of Clinton; several aunts, uncles, and cousins; his beloved lab: Molly. He was preceded in death by his mother on September 20, 2017, and his grandfathers.
