Charles R. Wheeler, 67, of Clinton, passed away, Wednesday, April 1, 2015 at Mercy Medical Center - North Campus. There will be no services or visitation. The Clinton Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Homes & Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
Charles Richard Wheeler was born on May 22, 1947 in Iowa City, Iowa, the son of Harold and Nellie (Hunter) Wheeler. He graduated from Bellevue High School and attended college in Waltham, Mass. He served in the United States Army from 1965-1968.
He was a maintenance worker most of his life working for property management companies.
He is survived by his sister: Charlotte Smith of Clinton.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a son: Eric.
