Charles “Chuck” L. Herrington, Sr., 61, of Clinton, passed away Friday, December 13, 2019 at their home in Lake Ozark, Missouri.
A visitation will be Saturday, December 21, 2019 from 11:00am to 2:00pm at the Clinton Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Homes & Crematory. Military honors conducted by the United States Air Force will conclude the visitation.
Charles Lynn Herrington, Sr. was born on November 6, 1958 in Pico Rivera, California, the son of Harvey and Carol (Blanchard) Herrington. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force. He married Debbie Kelly on July 22, 1989 in California.
Chuck was a mechanic for many years until moving to Clinton and purchasing Total Truck in 1999.
Chuck enjoyed boating, driving his Corvette, and spending time with his kids.
Chuck is survived by his wife: Debbie of Clinton; his children: Ashley (Adam) Lambert of Highlands Ranch, Colorado; Charles Lynn (Taban) Herrington, Jr., of Lexington, Kentucky, Brandy Herrington of Lake City, Arkansas, and Cassandra (Brandon) Skidgel of Tulsa, Oklahoma; his siblings: Curtis (Diana) Herrington of Grand Junction, Colorado, Cindy Herrington of Santa Ana, California, and Clifford (Trish) Herrington of Raeford, North Carolina. He was preceded in death by his parents, and his mother-in-law: Phyllis Wagemester.
