Carol J. Fulton's Obituary
Carol J. Fulton, 83, of Clinton, passed away, Saturday, July 1, 2023, at the Alverno – Clinton.
Funeral Services will be 11:00am, Saturday, July 8, 2023 at the Clinton Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Homes & Crematory. Burial will be in the Clinton Lawn Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be Dave Zimmerman, Drew Leonard, Joe Krick, Adam Krick, Mike Cecil, and Tucker Cecil. Visitation will be from 10:00 am to the service time at the funeral home.
Carol Joyce Cook was born on October 17, 1939 in Clinton, the daughter of Marvin and Laura (Schroeder) Cook. She was a 1957 graduate of Clinton High School. She married Charles “Chuck” Fulton on August 15, 1959; he passed away December 24, 2014.
Carol worked at Collis for 36 years retiring in 2001.
Carol enjoyed bowling, gardening, playing cards, and crafts. Most of all she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.
Carol is survived by three daughters: Lori (Dave) Zimmerman of Fulton, Kristi (Joe) Krick of Clinton, and Lisa (Mike) Cecil of Holt, Missouri; 9 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren; and a brother: Roger Cook of Camarillo, California. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, a sister-in-law: Ann Dyer; and brother-in-law: Douglas Fulton.
Memorials can be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
