Brandon A. Jess' Obituary
Brandon Arnold Jess was born on May 9, 1983, in DeWitt, Iowa. He was a 2002 graduate of Clinton High School and later attended Clinton Community College earning his EMT certification. He married Jaimi Brown on April 30, 2012.
Brandon was a welder at Timken Drives, JM Inplant, and Merivic. He also worked at the Skyline Center. He enjoyed learning Spanish and gaming on his PlayStation. More than anything he enjoyed doing activities with his sons, like fishing, camping, hunting, shooting BB guns and going for long walks along the railroad tracks. He loved the Dallas Cowboys and attending his kid’s activities.
Brandon is survived by his wife: Jaimi of DeWitt, four children: Dylan Schnoor of Long Grove, Kailee Schnoor of Clinton, Logan Jess of DeWitt, and Brayden Jess of DeWitt; his parents: Annette (Ricky Mussman) Jess-Mussman of Clinton; his sister: BreAnna (Matt) Weller of Foley, Alabama, his grandmother: Janice Mussman of Clinton, several cousins, aunts, and uncles; and his beloved cat: Onyx. He was preceded in death by his grandparents: Arnold and Diane Jess and Edwin Mussman.
Visitation to celebrate his life will be Sunday, from Noon to 3:00pm at the Clinton Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Homes & Crematory a short prayer service will conclude the visitation at 3:00pm. Online condolences may be expressed by visiting his obituary at www.snellzornig.com. Brandon passed away, Tuesday, October 15, 2024. In lieu of flowers, memorials will go directly to his children.
