Bonnie J. Hall's Obituary
Bonnie J. Hall 68, of Clinton, IA, passed away Monday, January 13, 2014 at the University of Iowa Hospitals. Memorial services will be 10:30 AM Saturday, January 18, 2014 at the Clinton Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Home and Crematory.
Bonnie J. Hall was born July 10, 1945 in Emmetsburg, IA to Harry and Edna Henderson. She attended Emmetsburg Schools, graduating from Emmetsburg High School in 1963. She was employed as a custodian at Clinton Community Schools for numerous years prior to retiring; she also worked for REC Electric as a meter reader for many years. Bonnie married Jerry Hall in 1966 in South Dakota.
Bonnie greatly enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, traveling, gardening, feeding the birds and also watching “The Wheel of Fortune”.
She is survived by her son, Quillon (Karin) Hall of Harrisonburg, VA; grandson, Palmer; granddaughter, Sequoia, a special friend Orville Birkner of Clinton, IA; two brothers, John (Irene) Henderson of Ocala, FL and Robert (Carolyn) Henderson of Emmetsburg, IA; many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parent and two sisters, Edna Ruth “Tiny” Jensen and Darlene Fitzner.
