Billie Ray Philbrick was born on July 30, 1952 in California the son of Everett and Hazel (Hughes) Philbrick.
Billie enjoyed wildlife.
Billie is survived by his daughter: Tonya (Jason) Long of Clinton; two grandsons: Drake and Draven George.
