Dear Steve and family--
So very sorry to hear about your Mom! She always was a favorite of mine! I remember going to Clinton in the 1940's--and even after you and your brother entered the scene. I also remeber the many visits my parents and your parents had, both in Clinton and in Fairmont. Your parents even visited my family in Rockford, IL.
My Dad was the first-born in the family, and Glenn was the sixth-born. Although there were some age differences, you would have thought they were twins as our two sets of parents got along so well!
Went to your Dad's funeral, but am sorry that we can't make your Mom's. Know that she held a special place in our hearts! God bless all of you!
