Betty J. Parker's Obituary
Betty J. Parker, 77 of Clinton, passed away, Wednesday, March 6, 2024 at her home.
Funeral Services will be 1:00pm Monday, March 11, 2024 at the Clinton Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Homes & Crematory. Burial will be in the St. Mary’s Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be Brian Parker, Cody Parker, Nate McNeal, John Ashburn, Quinton Mohrhardt, and Cody Stowers. Serving as honorary pallbearers will be Russell Parker and Brandon Parker Visitation will be from 11:00am to the service time Monday at the funeral home.
Betty Joan Saiter was born on June 20, 1946 in Clinton, the daughter of Emmett and Florence (Howard) Saiter. She married Fay Parker on June 1, 1964 in Clinton; he died November 17, 2004.
Betty was employed at GE in Morrison for over 30 years. She was active in her churches that she attended. She loved to travel, go camping, and cook for the Youth Group at the Salvation Army.
Betty is survived by her two sons: Brian (Barb) Parker, Russell (Melissa) Parker both of Clinton; her two daughters: Amie Parker and Adriana Bates-Parker of Clinton; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; her siblings: Mary (Charles) Wilkerson, Maria (Clayton) Lutton, and Robert (Kim) Saiter all of Clinton. In addition to her husband she was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters.
