Berta L. Niles' Obituary
Berta L. Niles, 93, of Clinton, passed away, Saturday, September 19, 2020 at her home.
Services will be 1:00pm, Saturday, September 26, 2020 at the Clinton Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Homes & Crematory. Visitation will be from 11:30am to the service time at the funeral home. Burial will be at a later date in Miami, Florida.
Berta Lee Philips was born on May 10, 1927 in Miami, Florida, the daughter of John and Una (Henson) Philips. She graduated from Miami Edison High School.
She married Harry J. Pearson, Sr., in Miami. She later married Keith Niles November 8, 1975 in Miami, Florida; he died February 19, 2015
Berta was a homemaker and was a member of Chancy Lutheran Church for a long time.
Berta is survived by sons: Harry (Janice) Pearson, Jr. of Florida, and John C. (Ypsides) Pearson of Florida; step-son: Melvin K. (Regina) Niles of Clinton; one grandson, three granddaughters, three great-grandchildren, six step grandchildren, several step great-grandchildren, and special friends: Glen and Gloria Coverdell and their children: Ray & Arlene.
Berta was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and stepdaughter: Karen Ann (Niles) Feeler.
