Bernice A. Perrin's Obituary
Bernice A. Perrin, 87, of Clinton, passed away, Tuesday, October 15, 2024 at her home surrounded by her family and friends.
Memorial Services will be 10:30am, Friday, October 18, 2024 at the Clinton Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Homes & Crematory. Burial will be in the Rock Island National Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9:30am to the service time at the funeral home on Friday.
Bernice Arlene Osterling was born on March 14, 1937 in Cherokee, Iowa, the daughter of Goran and Alice (Lucas) Osterling. She was a 1955 graduate of Cherokee High School. She married Donald Perrin on March 11, 1958 in Manley, Iowa.
Bernice worked for the telephone company and then was patient accounts manager with Bluff Medical Center for 15 years.
Bernice enjoyed gardening, birdwatching, fishing with her spouse, reading and memorizing scripture and spending time with her family and friends.
Bernice is survived by her husband: Donald of Clinton; her children: Lance Perrin of Docono, Colorado and Stacey (Steve) Sikkema of Fulton, Illinois; her grandchildren: Seth and Stanton Sikkema and Hannah Perrin. She was preceded in death by her parents and three brothers.
