Barbara J. Kunde's Obituary
Barbara J. Kunde, 79, of Clinton, passed away, Monday, July 29, 2019 at Genesis Medical Center – East Campus, Davenport, Iowa.
Funeral Services will be 11:00am, Friday, August 2, 2019 at the Clinton Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Homes & Crematory. Burial will be in the Clinton Lawn Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10:00am to the service time at the funeral home.
Barbara Jean Luce was born on September 30, 1939 in Clinton, the daughter of William and Esther (Krongard) Luce. She was a 1957 graduate of Clinton High School. She married Darrell Kunde on December 26, 1958 at Saint Paul Lutheran Church – Clinton.
Barbara was employed with Barrow’s Compliment Custom Vans, and the Clinton Garment Factory.
Barbara was a member of Saint Paul Lutheran Church where she sang in the choir. She enjoyed spending time with her family and attending their events.
Barbara is survived by her husband: Darrell of Clinton; two daughters: Kimberly (James) Anderson of Clinton, Robyn (Mark) Schabilion of Davenport; four grandchildren: Megan (Justin Nylin) Anderson, Katheine Schabilion, Ryan Anderson, and Ashley Schabilion; and one great-grandson: Ryan Anderson, Jr.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Memorials can be made to Saint Paul Lutheran Church.
