August Sander's Obituary
August "Augie" Sander, 75, of Clinton, died March 10, 2009 at the Eagle Point Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Clinton. Graveside Services were held today at the Rose Hill Cemetery, Camanche. The Clinton Chapel Snell-Zornig Funeral Homes and Crematory was in charge of arrangements. Augie was born on October 18, 1933 in Clinton, Iowa, the son of Raymond and Evangeline (Broderson) Sander. Augie is survived by sisters, Elizabeth Lindstrom of Delmar, Grace (Walter) Knapper of Camanche, and Rachel Estes of CLinton, and brothers, John and Harold of Charlotte. Augie was preceded in death by his parents and an infant brother, William.
