Arthur Terrell Carter was born in Long Branch, New Jersey, he moved to Clinton Iowa August of 2024 with his common law wife Linda Tate of fourteen years and his step children. Arthur also has four children from a previous marriage. Arthur passed away peacefully in his home with Linda by his side. Arthur has four sisters and a host of nieces, nephews and family members whom loved him dearly.
Arthur served in the US Army from 2003-2012 he served two deployments in Iraq and one deployment in Afghanistan he departed the Army with an honorable Discharge. Arthur worked for Walmart Distribution Center in Sterling IL for ten years. Arthur was very good at fixing things he was also very talented. Arthur had a passion for music and dancing. Arthur will be truly Missed not just by his family and loved ones but also by everyone that got the pressure of knowing him.
