Alta’s presence in the Iowa/Illinois Antique Car Club was a gift. She was cheerful and it was always a great pleasure visiting with her. We will always remember when she won a mystery game on one of the Car Club’s tours of May, 2019, to New Diggins, WI.
No one was able to solve it, and then she called me over to her table and whispered her answer in my ear, and she was the winner! Both Aaron and I were so thrilled for her!! It was a beautiful moment. We will always have a special memory of her loving kindness in our hearts and send our love and sympathy to you all.

We always looked forward to their visits here in TN as well as in FL. The cards she always sent. The Christmas exchanges at Cracker Barrel as they traveled through Clarksville TN. You will be missed Aunt Alta. Do the Happy Dance with Jesus.

Alta was everything a big sister was supposed to be, a mentor, an adviser, a protector . I first knew my sister was ill when I didn’t get my Halloween card this year. Alta and I had a special bond around Halloween that goes back to when as children she would take me trick-or-treating just to protect her little brother and his candy.
Many small little memories add up to a life time of love of my sister.Her loss is leaving me with a large void in my life.
The only possible positive I can see coming from Alta early passing is if those friends and love ones in her circle that are unvaccinated take it upon themselves as tribute to Alta to get vaccinated. That way she may save someone in her circle from becoming infected with this horrible virus, and still be a protector.
