So sorry to hear about the passing of Al. He is quite a charmer and always could be relied on for a good joke, as well as a serious discussion. I have missed his presence, but glad to see Elise at some theatre events so we could catch up. She is always welcome. Al served the Iowa Community Theatre board for many years and provided financial leadership. His and Elise's selfless gestures have not gone un-noticed. Thank you, Al and Elise, for loving and supporting community theatre and all it is about. My prayers are with you and the family, and the long list of people who Al has touched through out his life.
We had the pleasure of having Al as a good friend. He & Elise were great friends of theater and it was a blessing to know and work with them and to share their love for theater.
He will be missed.
Peace & Love
Gene & Evelyn.
I have known Albert since moving to Clinton. Our family had a lot of health issues and Albert was always there to help a helping hand through words of wisdom.Hewill be missed dearly as he has been since retiring from the bank.
My name is Albert King from the Philippines. I am trying to locate my father whose name is Albert King Sr. who served as a serviceman at the NAS Cubi Point,Subic Bay, Phippines. I never saw him since birth and then got shipped out with no response or contact these many years. I don't know if you are the person i've been trying to see, but if you are my father, i want you to know that I loved you so much..
