Randy, Mrs. Noecker and the Entire Noecker Family. It is with great sadness that I learned today of the passing of Mr./Coach Noecker. He was a great man and basketball coach who was always VERY kind and wonderful to me. He also was the father of one of my dearest high school friends Randy (Dexter). Myself, my fiance Deb and the entire Nelson family that knew your Dad send our deepest condolences. After our catching up via phone last winter Randy, we were hoping to connect with you and your Mom and Dad sometime this winter in Florida. We would love to still arrange that gathering if your travels bring you to Florida and we will have a drink together in honor of your Dad. God bless you all.
When I saw Mr. Noecker's obituary in the Cedar Rapids Gazette it took me back in time to CHS Drivers Education....what a wonderful teacher!! I had major anxieties about driving a stick; and with his help and 'coaching' I managed to get through the experience. I also remember his wonderful wife Dorothy from working in the school district for a short time; and also have fond memories of his daughter Jane who is a friend of my brother, Dan.
My deepest sympathy goes out to the entire family as your hearts fill with wonderful memories of joyful times together; and you celebrate a life well-lived. He was a remarkable man! Oh...and I couldn't end this any other way than to say...'GO HAWKS!' :-)
Dear Terrie,
I am so sorry to hear about your dad's death. I cannot imagine all the feelings whirling around in your heart right now. I am keeping you in my prayers and in my thoughts and hoping you will be able to take time off work to be with family and surround yourself with those you love. I am sending you love from here.
Take care....
love to you,
Sue
So sorry to hear of Bob's passing. He will be missed by many. My sympathy to you and your family.
My deepest sympathy to you, Dorothy and family, at the passing of Bob. He made a lasting impression on my late husband Rich and I with his friendly manner. Our children, Peter, Beth and Erika, all remember him during their years at Clinton High: 'Mr. Noecker was a great guy'.
Fondly, Rita
I was deeply saddened to learn of Mr. Noecker's recent passing. I had the honor and pleasure of knowing Mr. Noecker as a teacher at Clinton High, as a neighbor who lived down the street from where I grew up and as a friend through Zion Lutheran Church. Not only was Mr. Noecker a class act as a teacher and a coach, he was a tremendously nice and caring gentleman. My thoughts and prayers are with his family during this most difficult time.
Jane and family~ My mom informed me of your dad's death. I am so sorry for your loss. Your dad was a great teacher and I know a loving father to you. You will be in my thoughts and prayers. God bless and keep you all.
