Dear Jan, Nancy, and Terry, Gary was a fantastic teacher! It was a joy to speak to him every day, first as a student and later as a substitute teacher. He was a true leader and example for everyone who knew him. I enjoyed speaking to him when I would come back and see him at St. Marks. He and Jan have represented the very best of Camanche, along with the Welty’s, and others. The world was a better place with Gary Cross in it. Now, heaven will be a better place for having him there. Jan, thank you and Gary for coming to Camanche. Know that you are in our thoughts and prayers. He's with Mom and Dad, and Aunt June and Uncle Earl now. God Bless you and your family.
