Services will be held at 1:30PM Tuesday, January 25, 2022 at Prince of Peace Catholic Church, Clinton. Visitation will be held from 10:30AM to 1:00PM Tuesday at the church. Becca was born May 27, 1977 in Clinton, Iowa, to Thomas and Pamela (Witt) Letsch. Beloved wife of Jeremy, Supportive and loving mom to Katelyn and Kaylee, Wonderful daughter to Pam, Tom and Mary, Cindy, and Roger and Carol, A kick-ass sister to Barb, Dan, Mike, Dante, and Travis, The best baby tickler and the “fun” aunt to her nieces and nephews over the years, And always a funny, smart, and genuine friend to those who knew and loved her. Becca was a typical middle child who went with the flow. She loved all pools and bodies of water and loud concerts. She was a crazy teenager with a sarcastic wit, but Becca was not one to love the spotlight, instead preferring to sit on the sidelines as her siblings argued over who got the remote. What Becca did love though was spending time with her family and close friends. She was a fun bonus aunt to many of Barb’s “kids.” On vacations, she was always up for a terrifying trip down a Wisconsin Dells water slide, a shopping excursion, or an adult beverage with her siblings. When she met Jer, they fell in love quickly, and married on August 11, 2000. When Katelyn arrived, she worried about her tiny baby, but took care of her like she did with so many patients in the hospital: with poise and determination. Kaylee completed their family in a way that brought life to Becca. She truly yearned for and knew in her heart that her girls would grow to be beautiful people, inside and out. Becca was a girly girl with an edge. She loved jewelry, dresses, and a pink lip gloss. Her tattoos truly showed her fire and grit and sometimes her pain. Her most recent plan was to tattoo a beautiful girl enveloped in fire with the quote from a Disturbed song: “Sometimes darkness can show you the light.” As an adult, Becca dedicated herself to helping others by working at Mercy One as a nurse for 14 years. Her relentless dedication to her patients and support of her coworkers allowed everyone to see that this was truly her calling. Becca lived honestly and fully with a compassion for others. Through this darkness, we will strive to show others her light. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family. Online condolences may be expressed by visiting snellzornig.com.
