John Stacer
Besides being a good drummer, jack was a friend who encouraged me to be a better musician. I will miss his efforts to help us become a better band to his sly sense of humor. Thanks for sharing Jack with us.

Carol and family,
Words cannot express our shock and sorrow at the loss of Jack from this earth. We will long remember his stately composure accompanied by that tremendously humorous wit. Though it has been 12 years since we departed Clinton, we have fond memories of sharing those times with you and Jack in choir, progressive dinners, and the like. We know the world was a better place because of Jack. Our deepest sympathies to you and yours on a great person taken too soon from those left behind.
Yes, it was a shock! Dear Carol, I knew Jack well in HS. On the swim team and then we both were on the weight team in track. I refer you to page 82 in our '53 Annual, upper left photo. Notice that Jack has his had behind him? He is trying to prevent a goose just as the photo was taken. Looking forward to goosing him again someday.
Love and Condolences, Bill and Joy
I'm deeply sadden to hear of Jack's passing. Jack and I worked together for many years and I considered him to be a good friend. Jack was a considerate compassionate friendly individual who was a pleasure to work with and associate with at and away from work.
May caring thoughts surround the Harden family to ease your sorrow.
Though we try to prepare, we are never prepared enough, but there is a compassionate God in heaven who sees, who cares, who comforts. May you feel God's presence as you grieve the loss of your father.
Dear Carol: We were devastated to learn of Jack's death. You and your family and Richard and his family are in our thoughts and prayers. Our love, Dort and Frank
My deepest sympathy to the family of Jack Harden. He will be missed is an understatement. May all the happy memories held dear to your hearts help sustain you all in this time of deep sorrow. My thoughts and prayers are with the entire family.
Carol, Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Jack will truly be remembered for many things besides his unbelievable talent on the drums. His contributions to others is one of them. We will be unable to visit with you this weekend but we are with you in your loss of a great and good companion !
Sending my love and heartfelt sympathy the the Harden family, I am very sorry for your loss. Sincere well wishes,

To the Harden family - I am so sorry for your loss. My daughter had spent time at Jack's house with their granddaughter. I know what a fabulous "papa" Jack was to his grandkids, and that he will be sorely missed by them. With all of the fun, family times they have spent together, they most certainly will have many, many wonderful memories of their grandpa to keep with them. Your family will be in my prayers.
